APPLICATION

Directions: Always apply a thin layer to a clean, dry surface. Allow to dry and press firmly. Snappy G is a pressure-sensitive adhesive and by combining pressure with heat, you will get the best result.

Easier to remove than Pros-Aide.

Always do a patch test 24 hours before application.

FAQs

Are the prosthetics reusable?

Silicone prosthetics are not designed to be reusable.
Most of my products can be reused if handled carefully and removed with the correct adhesive remover, but you're likely to get a more noticeable edge after the first application.

 

How long is your processing time.

2-5 business days.
This may be extended around Halloween.

 

How long is the delivery time?

EU shipping has an aim of roughly 2 weeks.
Everywhere else (this includes everything from the USA to Japan) has an aim of roughly 3 weeks.

Domestic shipping has an aim of 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method.

You can upgrade your shipping method in the basket for faster shipping.

 

Do you do custom colours?

Sometimes. This depends on the product in question and how busy I am with other orders. Please contact me for more information.

 

How long does a Custom Order take?

I am usually booked quite far in advance, but don't hesitate to contact me.
Please note that I can not work from copyrighted material or third party designs. 

 

Where's my parcel?

Standard shipping is not trackable, I can unfortunately not tell you where it may be.
Tracked & Signed shipping comes with a Royal Mail tracking number which will tell you where your parcel is at this moment.

 

I haven't received my parcel.

Delays sometimes happen due to various reasons, usually, it gets stuck in customs.
Please contact me if 20 business days for domestic orders or 25 business days for international orders have passed since the parcel was shipped.

Cancellations 
As I make these prosthetics to order any cancellations need to be made within 3 hours or before you receive a dispatch notice (whichever is earliest).

 

Returns and Exchanges
You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return to then return your products.

The following products cannot be returned (unless defective):

  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods marked as defective prior to order. 
  • Sale items.


Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order. Shipping is only refunded if the item arrives damaged or otherwise faulty. 

Please take care when packaging the return parcel as any damage will be deducted from the refund. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 14 days if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
